Geospatial data pipeline
Build the ingestion that turns county assessor records + building footprints + zoning overlays into our property catalog. Every new metro is an instance of this pipeline. PostGIS, Postgres, Python or Rust, comfort with messy public-records data.
Operator success
The first 10 drone-delivery customers. Hand-walk their onboarding, listen to what slows them down, write the playbook for the next 100. Comfort with B2B sales cycles + a sense of urgency.
Owner growth
Reach commercial property owners — REITs, family offices, individual landlords — at scale. Channel design, partnerships, and content that makes rooftop revenue feel inevitable.
Compliance + payments
KYC/KYB partner integrations, Stripe Connect, FAA + insurance verification, contract template + escrow flows. Heavy regulatory surface; needs someone who likes reading the actual rules.
Senior product engineer
Help shape the marketplace mechanics — bid landscape chart, counter offers, the long tail of dashboard polish. Next.js + TypeScript + Supabase stack; we like single-page forms with review modals and design tokens with no exceptions.
