How it works
Two sides, one market, zero paperwork friction.
AirParcels matches commercial rooftop owners with verified drone-delivery operators. Owners set the terms; operators bid; the platform handles identity, escrow, and contract execution end-to-end.
For property owners
From idle rooftop to recurring revenue in three steps.
Claim your rooftop
Search for your property by address. We match the LA County Assessor record against your verified identity. If everything lines up — claim is instant. If the assessor has a different mailing address or LLC name, you'll see exactly what's mismatched and submit one document to resolve it.
Publish your auction
Set a starting bid, a term range you're willing to accept (e.g. 6–24 months), and a minimum increment between offers. Choose a 3, 7, 14, or 30-day auction window. We surface your listing to verified operators in your region immediately — no waitlists.
Review bids, accept the right one
Bids accrue on a 2-D chart: term length on one axis, total bid on the other. You'll see the highest-total, highest-monthly-rate, and longest-term offers color-coded in real time. Accept your favorite with one tap — or counter privately with your own terms.
For drone operators
Land closer to drop, with less paperwork.
Verify once
Identity, business entity, signatory authority, FAA Part 107 certificate, and a payment method on file. After that, you bid on any listing in any city we cover — no per-property credentialing.
Browse + save rooftops
The map shows every active listing in your region. Save the ones that match your routes. We send you an alert when an auction is closing — or when an owner publishes a new listing in a saved bounding box.
Bid with strategy, not guesswork
The bid composer shows every existing bid as a colored dot on a 2-D chart — total $ on one axis, term on the other. Your draft bid moves as you type. Tap any existing bid to copy its terms (plus the minimum increment) and beat it in one click. The outcome preview tells you exactly which badges you'd win.
Sign + fly
When the owner accepts, the contract is generated, signed by both parties through the platform, and escrow funds are released on a schedule that matches the term. No PDF chasing. No DocuSign bills.
Why it's safe
Every party is verified. Every dollar is escrowed.
Tier 0 → Tier 3 verification ladder
Every account works through a published verification ladder: identity (KYC), business entity (KYB), signatory authority, payouts, and FAA-specific credentials for operators. Counterparty tier is visible on every bid card so owners and bidders both know exactly who they're dealing with.
Segregated escrow
When a contract activates, the operator funds escrow at signing. Funds release to the owner on a schedule tied to the contract term — not all upfront, not at the end. Both parties always know exactly where the money sits.
Auto-generated, signable contracts
No template wrangling. The contract is generated from your accepted bid's amount + term + property metadata, and both parties sign through the platform. The full audit trail is preserved, including any counter-offers and the original bid.
48-hour decision windows
Owners get 48 hours to accept a bid before it expires. Operators get 48 hours to sign a contract after acceptance. Counter offers expire in the same window. Everyone knows how long they have. No ghosting, no perpetual limbo.
